To attain inner-peace, we must have peace of mind, we must be at peace with our circumstances and accept the things we can’t change in the world – not to worry about what other people think of us or about all the bad things that is happening in the world. Change the things you can change, help the world be a better place by loving all people and don’t waste your energy on things out of your control.
Remind yourself on a daily basis that everything happens for a reason. You might not understand it now, but be at peace with it, for further down your path of self-discovery you will discover the answers to why things happened in your life.
