Each one of us has our own heaven

The statement of “This is Heaven on Earth” carries so much meaning. It describes a place where we would like to be for the rest of our life here on earth, a place where we feel at peace and fill our hearts with happiness and love. For this reason, each one of us has our own heaven, because we all have a different place where we’ll feel it’s heaven for us. Some people’s heaven is music, others working with animals or some people helping the poor and the sick and the needy. In other words, whatever your passion is, is your heaven.

Your heaven is doing something or being at a place where it just feels right. It something you love to do, without thinking about getting paid for it, something you’d do even if there is no monetary compensation. Unfortunately very few people discover their heaven, we all long for it and think about what we’d really like to do, but never actually live the life that we wish for. We get so consumed by our daily lives and just making a living and we don’t take the time out to enter our heaven.

To be truly happy, you have to take time-out from your normal life, remove yourself from all distractions and influences and just have time to search and discover our heaven. Re-discover what you are passionate about, because your passion is your heaven. The only way to discover your heaven is through the authentic meditation technique of Uddesa Meditation. Compassion as the virtuous desire to alleviate the sorrow and difficulties of others

Compassion is the virtuous desire to alleviate the sorrow and difficulties of others by putting forth whatever effort necessary to help people in pain. A compassionate person treats all living beings as one's own self, wanting the welfare and good of the other living being and when everyone's suffering is seen as one's own suffering.

True humility is not thinking less of yourself, but thinking of yourself less

Humility is the absence of pride.

Pride functions only when comparing others to yourself.

Don’t base your self-worth on how you stack up to

others.

Instead, focus on living a life of your authentic self.

The purest form of love

·

·        Agape (Spiritual Love) is the love that brings forth caring regardless of the circumstance. Agape is a spirit-led unconditional love, irrespective if we like a person or not. It is not a feeling, it's a motivation for action that we are free to choose or reject. Agape is a sacrificial love that voluntarily suffers inconvenience, discomfort, and even death for the benefit of another without expecting anything in return.

Time is a precious commodity

Time is a precious commodity
Use your time to enrich your life
Not waste it trying to get rich

Words of Wisdom by Tobias

The path to a blissful life, is to be true to yourself.

Living a congruent life is when you act in direct accordance
with your dreams, desires, beliefs, values, mission and goals.
You do not let the words or thoughts of others affect your approach to the world. You take your own unique path
paved by the understanding of yourself, what it is you stand
for and are passionate about adding to this world and setting
your life up so that you can act in line with these beliefs on a daily basis.

Your Purpose will be your Legacy

What will your legacy be? We get so caught up in our daily lives, just trying to make a living and don’t take the time to think about what the legacy is that we want to leave behind. We spend our whole life trying to accumulate materialistic possessions, making more money and living up to the expectations of modern society, that we forget what it is that we really want from life, we discard our own aspirations for the approval of others.

Your legacy is not about how much money you have the day you die or how much success you had in your life. When we look at people like Mahatma Gandhi, Mother Teresa, Jesus of Nazareth, to name only but a few and what their legacies are, it has nothing to do with wealth or earthly possessions. Their legacies are what they’ve done for mankind, the compassion and love they had for others and devoting their life to spiritually enrich others, to help others to live a better life.

All people who left a lasting legacy, were people who did something which they felt compelled to do, something they felt in their hearts to do. They discovered their purpose by following their heart and their calling or purpose became their legacy. That is why it is so important for us to discover and live our purpose, because your purpose will be your legacy.

I was fortunate to have rediscovered the original meditation technique, Uddeśa Meditation, which ancient man practiced to receive the answer to the reason for their existence and what their purpose was. Each one of us has a different purpose or calling, but no matter what your calling or purpose is, it will become your legacy if your follow your heart and fulfill your calling. But before we can fulfill our purpose, we first need to take time out to discover it, because with the conditioning and influence of modern society, our purpose gets buried below all the expectations of society, so we never discover our authentic self and what purpose we have in our heart.

The only way you will be able to reconnect with your authentic self and discover your purpose, which will become your legacy, is by practicing Uddeśa Meditation, the original and authentic meditation practice.

Please subscribe to me below to receive your Uddeśa Meditation Step by Step Guide. By following the steps in this guide, and practicing this ancient meditation technique, you’ll discover your purpose and find the answers on how to live it.

The Universal Truth in all Religion and Philosophy

At the heart of all religion and philosophy lies one universal truth. About 2000 years ago Jesus of Nazareth said that the Kingdom of Heaven is within you and this principle applies to all other religions and in fact most philosophy.

What the Kingdom of Heaven is within means, is that if you want to live a life filled with love, peace and happiness, you should not seek it without, but seek it within. Each one of us has a “heaven” inside of us, a place where we belong, a lifestyle that we should live.

The only way to discover the heaven within us, is to live an authentic life, a life true to ourselves and not a life that society expects us to live. But as a result of the conditioning of modern society, we lost ourselves, we don’t know who our authentic self is anymore. Thus, to enter the heaven within us, we need to discover out authentic self again, in order for us to live a heavenly life here on earth, a life filled with joy.

The only way we can discover our authentic self, is to delve deep into our subconscious mind, to remove all worries and anxieties from our mind and only then we’ll be able to receive the answer to what our authentic self is. It is because of this reason than man started to meditate, a few thousand years ago. They knew that the kingdom of Heaven is within and the only way to enter your heaven was through meditation.

That’s why it’s so important for us to practice Uddesa Meditation. Through Uddesa Meditation we will rediscover our authentic self, live the life we were meant to live and enter the heaven within us.

Here is a list of spiritual and religious leaders who make reference to the Kingdom of Heaven within.

Guru Nanak
(Sikh)
As fragrance abides in the flower,
As the reflection is within the mirror,
So doth thy Lord abide within thee,
Why search Him without?

Lord Buddha
(Buddhist)
The subject on which I meditate is truth.
The practice to which I devote myself is the truth.
The topic of my conversation is truth.
My thoughts are always in truth.
For lo! my self has become the truth

Jesus Christ
(Christian)
Being asked by the Pharisees when the
kingdom of God was coming, he answered them,
"The kingdom of God is not coming with signs
to be observed; nor will they say, ‘Lo, here it is!’ or
‘There!’ for behold, the kingdom of God is within you."

Vedas
(original Indian holy text)
There is one Supreme Ruler, the inmost Self of all beings,
who makes His one form manifold.
Eternal happiness belongs to the wise,
who perceive Him within themselves - not to others

Lao Tzu

Worlds and particles, bodies and beings, time and space:
All are transient expressions of the Tao.

Prophet Mohammed

He who knows his own self, knows God.

Sri Rama

you are all-knowing and you are pure. Always feel like
this and establish your oneness with the Paramatman
and derive bliss within yourself without caring to
know what is outside of you.

Zoroaster
(Zoroaster)
One need not scale the heights of the heavens
nor travel along the highways of the world
to find Ahura Mazda. With purity of mind
and holiness of heart one can find
Him in one’s own heart.

Sri Sankaracharya
(Hindu)
Curb your senses and your mind and see the
Lord within your heart.

Swami Vivekananda
(Hindu)
It is impossible to find God outside of ourselves.
Our own souls contribute all of the divinity that is
outside of us. We are the greatest temple.
The objectification is only a faint imitation of
what we see within ourselves.

Let Peace be with you and have a Blissful day

Uddeśa Meditation ~ The Authentic and Original Meditation Practice

Origin  and Purpose of Uddeśa Meditation
Thousands of years ago meditation started when man were searching for answers to the meaning of life and the purpose of our existence, what the goal of our life is.. They discovered that by clearing your mind and delving into the hidden parts of your subconscious mind , you will find the answer to the most important question of Why? The answer to all our questions are revealed to us by allowing our minds to go into a deep meditative state, to clear our mind from our daily desires and problems and opening it to receive guidance from our inner self. By practicing the original and authentic way of meditation, we will receive clarity and insight into what our purpose is, what the reason for our existence is.
